Advance Warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00AM to 3:00PM
Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
Please note: Shipments MAY NOT be sent Directly to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. All shipments MUST be sent to AEX Advance Warehouse. Shipments sent directly to Hard Rock may be refused/returned and/or incur additional charges.
PERSONALLY OWNED/COMPANY VEHICLES ONLY:• Exhibitors requiring unloading of POV’s/Company Vehicles must proceed to the area designated by AEX on Pennsylvania Avenue.• Under no circumstances will the exhibitor be allowed to move in or out through the Hotel Lobby or Porte Cochere area.
